Automatic microfluidic system to perform multi-step magneto-biochemical assays

It seems like the year started pretty well 🙂  Here’s a new article just published in Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical. This work is based on the Magnetic Actuator previously developed in our group, which provides a simple and effective way to control Magnetic Beads within microfluidic systems and enhance the mixing processes with other reagents.

In this new article, we perform a fully automated multi-step DNA hybridization assay for the detection of E. coli on chip. Congrats to such an amazing team for the great work!
